All product prices are listed in USD (U.S. Dollars). Orders must be paid in the same currency using an authenticated and approved payment method. Orders are processed only after full payment has been received, including applicable taxes and shipping charges.
To place an order, customers must provide the final design or product specifications, either as electronic files or hard copies. Production begins only after full payment has been received, all required artwork or specifications have been submitted, and the final proof has been approved. Once production begins, changes to the design, product specifications, quantity, or production schedule may not be possible and may result in additional charges or delays.
Customers may request cancellation within 4 hours after proof approval. A cancellation fee of $25 plus a 5% processing charge of the total order payment will apply.
After the 4-hour cancellation period, cancellation is generally not available because the order may have entered production. If Delite Packaging agrees to cancel an order after this period and production has not progressed to a point where cancellation is impractical, a cancellation charge of up to 50% of the total order payment may apply to cover work, materials, processing, and other costs already incurred.
Cancellation is not guaranteed after the 4-hour window. Customers should contact Delite Packaging as soon as possible if they need to request a cancellation.
Eligible non-customizable products may be returned within 15 calendar days of receipt, provided the products are new, unused, and in their original condition. Customers must contact our support team before sending a return. Approved returns are shipped at the customer’s expense unless the return is required because of an error attributable to Delite Packaging. A 10% restocking fee may apply to approved returns of non-customizable products.
Approved refunds will generally be processed within 15 calendar days after the return or refund request has been approved. The time required for funds to appear in the customer’s account may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.
Custom-made products are produced according to the customer’s specifications and generally cannot be returned for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect customer-provided information, or a change in design preference after proof approval. However, if a product arrives damaged, defective, or contains a confirmed production or printing error attributable to Delite Packaging, we will review the claim and provide an appropriate resolution, which may include replacement, reprint, discount, or refund as applicable.
Visible shipping damage or other delivery-related damage should be reported as soon as possible after receipt, preferably within 3 calendar days of delivery, with supporting photographs and relevant shipping documentation when available.
Issues involving dimensions, artwork, printing, manufacturing, or other production defects must be reported within 15 calendar days of receipt.
Customers should provide the order number, a clear description of the issue, and photographs or other reasonable evidence needed to evaluate the claim.
If a return of defective products is required, Delite Packaging will provide return instructions. Where the defect is confirmed to be attributable to Delite Packaging, Delite Packaging will determine the appropriate return-shipping arrangement.
Approved refunds will generally be processed within 15 calendar days after approval, subject to the applicable payment method and refund procedure.
Customers are responsible for shipping charges for any approved returns, exchanges, or reorders, except where the return or replacement is required because of an error attributable to Delite Packaging.
Delite Packaging reserves the right to review each return, refund, replacement, or other resolution based on the order specifications, approved proof, product condition, and circumstances of the issue.
Nothing in this section limits any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.
