Payment Order Placement and Cancellations

All our products’ prices are listed in USD (U.S. dollars). Orders must be paid in the same currency through an authenticated and approved payment method. Orders are processed once the total payment, including taxes and shipping charges, has been received.

To place an order, customers must provide the final design or product specifications, either as electronic files or hard copies. Once the final proof has been approved, the printing tasks are sent to our press department to begin production. No changes to timing, design, or product specifications are allowed at this stage.

Cancellation Policy:

Orders can be cancelled within 4 hours after proof approval. This will acquire a cancellation fee of $25 and 5% of the total payment as a processing charge.
Customers also have the option to cancel their order after the 24-hour window, but this comes with a cancellation fee of 50% of the total payment to account for the resources and time already invested in production. However, the company doesn’t assure that one can cancel their order after the 24-hour time limit.

Returns and Refunds

Non-Customizable Orders:

We accept returns and exchanges for non-customizable orders within 180 days of receipt. The product must be new, unused, and in its original condition. Returns must be initiated by contacting our support team and returned by mail at the customer’s expense. A 10% restocking fee of the product price will apply to all accepted returns.

Custom Orders:

Custom-made orders are crafted to your unique specifications and cannot be resold; therefore, all sales are final. However, if we determine a defective product, we are committed to replacing or discounting it.

Here are the terms for inspecting and reporting any issues:

• Any visible damage, defects, or reductions must be reported immediately upon receipt and noted in the transport document or other applicable documentation. If shipping damage is discovered after delivery, it must be reported within 3 days.
• Issues with dimensions, artwork, or any other production defect must be reported within 14 days of receipt.
• If a replacement is deemed necessary, the customer must return 100% of the defective product at their own expense within 180 days of delivery.
  Please note that the customer is responsible for shipping charges for returns, exchanges, or reorders.
• The company reserves the right to make the final decision regarding the acceptance of returns, applicable restocking fees, and resolutions based on the product and specific circumstances.

Design Orders

Delite Packaging does not offer any refunds for design service orders. Once a design order is placed, it cannot be canceled, and the total payment is non-refundable.

Sales Tax Policy

Customers placing orders within the state of IL are required to pay applicable sales tax. If you are tax-exempt, you must provide a valid tax exemption certificate at the time of placing your order.

Customers Submitted Artwork/Files

Our design team uses customer-provided artwork to create final designs. Files must be submitted in 300 DPI (dots per inch) and CMYK format. If files are provided in other formats or resolutions, Delite Packaging will not be responsible for any issues such as blurred prints, color variations, or differences from expectations. Customers are responsible for ensuring correct layout, orientation, and sequence when placing orders.

While we take all possible precautions, Delite Packaging is not liable for any loss or errors in printed orders. By uploading artwork, you confirm that you own the rights to the material. We reserve the right to reject any order deemed unlawful or in violation of third-party rights. Customers accept full responsibility for all submitted content. The company also reserves the right to decline any order without providing a reason. We do not print content that is offensive, abusive, or inappropriate.

Proofs and Color Accuracy

Order placement requires submission of final product specifications via electronic file or hard copy. Production begins only after proof approval. Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving proofs promptly to avoid delays.

Please carefully review proofs for errors in text, layout, spacing, punctuation, and image placement. Electronic proofs may not accurately display transparency, overprinting, or color conversions (RGB/Pantone to CMYK). The company is not responsible for such variations or for laminated product differences.

Color output is based on submitted files, but exact color matching cannot be guaranteed due to printing limitations. By placing an order, you accept these variations. While we aim for the closest match, Delite Packaging is not liable for minor color differences, and reprints will not be issued for such variations. Exact color matching is only guaranteed with a paid hard copy proof.

No Liability for Errors

Delite Packaging is not responsible for errors in final printed products, including spelling, grammar, fonts, graphics, punctuation, die lines, or crop marks. Minor issues such as fold cracks, overprinting, or slight size variations may occur. All packaging materials are delivered flat and pre-assembled.

Gang Printing

We generally do not use gang printing techniques. However, depending on project requirements, Delite Packaging may use the most suitable printing method.

Overruns & Underruns

We typically deliver the exact ordered quantity along with a small additional amount at no extra cost. In case of underruns, charges will be adjusted accordingly. A variation of ±5% in quantity is considered standard.

Production Speed, Shipping, and Delivery of Orders

Production begins once full payment is received, artwork is submitted, and proof is approved. Customers can select production speed based on working days from printing to shipment. Proof approvals should be submitted before 10 a.m. Central Standard Time (CT) to avoid delays.

While we strive for timely delivery, Delite Packaging is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or customs issues. Orders delayed due to printing issues may be eligible for refunds, but not cancellations.

Customers are responsible for all customs duties and fees for international shipments. Standard shipping within the USA typically takes 10–12 days, while expedited options (6–8 days or 2–3 days ground shipping) are also available. Additional charges may apply for special locations.

We are not liable for damage or loss during shipping; however, such issues should be reported within 6 working days of shipment. Incorrect shipping details provided by the customer may result in additional re-shipping charges.

Delite Packaging reserves the right to update or modify any part of the website or these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website after changes implies acceptance of the updated terms.
