If you’re using our website, here’s what you should know about how we handle your information.
We’re not going to bury this in legal language. When you share details with us, whether to place an order or just ask something, we keep it private. We use it only for what you gave it to us for. Shipping your order, answering your question, following up if something went wrong. That’s it.
We don’t collect information from children under 13. This website isn’t for them and we don’t want their data.
As for sharing your information with others, we only do that in three situations. If the law requires it, if someone’s safety is at stake, or if you’ve said it’s okay. That’s the full list.
Our website picks up some basic technical data on its own. IP addresses, browser types, visit times, general location. Nothing tied to your email. We look at this data to understand how the site is being used and where we can make it better.
We don’t sell your information. Not to anyone. We don’t trade it either. If we use your data internally, it’s to improve our products or services, and if we ever contact you about something, you can tell us to stop at any time.
When you place an order or fill out a form, you’re giving us things like your name, email, phone, and address. For payments, we also need card details. We pass that to payment processors and shipping companies to get your order handled. They don’t get it for any other reason.
We don’t share mobile information with outside parties for marketing. Any messaging data stays completely private on our end.
We use SSL encryption and take this seriously. But we’d rather be honest with you than overpromise. No system online is totally risk-free. We do everything reasonable to protect your data, but we can’t sit here and guarantee nothing will ever go wrong. What we can tell you is that it matters to us.
If Delite Packaging goes through a merger, gets acquired, or something similar, customer information could be part of that transition as a company asset. We’d rather you know that upfront.
We use cookies. They help the site remember things and make your experience a bit smoother. If you’d rather not have them, you can adjust that in your browser settings whenever you want.
Sometimes we link to other websites. Once you leave ours, we have no control over what those sites do with your information. Read their privacy policies before sharing anything with them.
Email us directly at noah@delitepackaging.com and we’ll get back to you.
This policy can change at any time. We’ll post updates here when that happens, so it’s worth checking back if it matters to you.
