Free shipping is included on Delite custom production orders. Delivery timing, carrier or service level, destination requirements, and tracking expectations are confirmed during quoting or shown in the fixed-price shop flow. The sample kit has a separate $50 that is credited toward the first custom packaging order. Review the free shipping details for order scope and expectations.
At Delite Packaging, production begins after final artwork approval and payment confirmation. Our standard turnaround time is 7–10 business days depending on the order quantity, packaging style, materials, and customization requirements.
Please note that the production timeline starts once all design details are finalized and the order is approved for manufacturing.
For larger or highly customized orders, production timelines may vary. Our team will provide the estimated completion timeline before production begins.
Express service levels may be available for time-sensitive orders. Rush production, split shipments, and expedited delivery options are confirmed during quoting when the deadline requires them.
We ship internationally to Canada, UK, Australia, and most European countries. Customs fees and import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.
All orders include tracking. You’ll receive a tracking number via email within 2-3 business days of shipment.
If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately. We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
